Newbrook was founded in 2006 by Jeff Brookshire, whose extensive experience in both the military and construction industries has been the cornerstone of the company’s success. Jeff served as a U.S. Marine from 1989 to 1996, where he developed strong leadership skills and attention to detail. After his service, he transitioned into the construction field, starting as a carpenter from 1996 to 1998. He then advanced to superintendent (1998–2000) and project manager (2000–2005), where he gained extensive experience in managing projects and leading teams.

With a passion for quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction, Jeff founded Newbrook in 2006. Over the past 20 years, he has built the company from the ground up, fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and an exceptional team of skilled professionals. Under his leadership, Newbrook has become known for its reliable and high-quality commercial construction services.
